my ministry

I think I should really share about my ministry here in Japan.

I am primarily a missionary but am using teaching as a tool to my ministry. I am working amongst 4 churches: Nishi, Kasugai, Nagoya, and Minami. During my time here, I will be teaching conversational English to children and adults (whom are primarily house wives). Within class time, I will have the chance to share the Gospel with them as part of the program. As well, I will get to build relationships and share the love of God with them. The classes consist of 5-9 students, so it is easier to get intimate and carry deeper conversations. It will be easier to know them more personally, which I think is important in order to open ourselves up to each other.

My first class starts on Monday. Please pray that God will use me in this ministry so He can be seen by these people and be glorified.
